With over 50 years of expertise in the distilled spirits sector, Still Douglas stands as a pioneer in crafting exceptional spirits. Our commitment to excellence and innovation has led us to collaborate with industry giants like Diageo. Led by Douglas Murray, a former president of the Chartered Institute of Brewers and Distillers and Keeper of the Quaich, we bring unparalleled insights and a legacy of success to every project we undertake.

Supporting Douglas is George Blair, Graduate of Heriot Watt University in Chemical Engineering and with over 45 years experience in the spirit drinks industry. specialising in distillation and liquid flow. Developer of energy and mass balances.

Based in Scotland we have clients around the world and producing Regional whisk(e)y, Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Rum, Chinese white spirit.
In addition to designing the distillery to produce specific spirit character we specialise in energy and process efficiency. We also develop cask and wood policies to compliment the spirit being produced.

Stilldouglas is committed to educating the next generation of distillers through participation in the CIBD, Alcohol Schools, Worldwide distilled spirits conference. This is complimented by providing technical talks to the Industry, EWG, HWU, ICBD to name a few.
